VLO Group Community is a Connecticut based non-profit company.    VLO Group Community Enterprise Corporation’s mission is to create sustainable communities by being a Total Home Solution Center for potential homebuyers and existing homeowners.   VLO Group Community achieves these goals by providing a variety of free educational workshops, which teach the attendees the tools to become educated and savvy homebuyers, as well as homeowners.  Moroever, we provide loss mitigation counseling to families facing foreclosure in collaboration with the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) and their pilot "Save the Block" Program

Our current list of workshops include: Mortgage 101, Credit Management, Financial Fitness, Creating Wealth 101, and Preventive Maintainance 101.

Please join us at our First Annual Home for the Holiday Fundraiser on December 11, 2008 at the Pond House Café 5:30pm to 8:00pm.  Help make a difference for a young professional or middleclass family this holiday season. 

This wonderful event will raise funds to give a deserving young professional or middle class family the opportunity to receive a FREE home.  This is our way of giving back to our community in collaboration with VLO Group New England, LLC Americas Leading Affordable Housing Developer.  VLO is building strong communities and unlocking the pathways to homeownership.
